This page is going to feature what we call rescued treasures. So as not to mislead anyone not all rescues or rehomes have been mistreated. Sometimes circustances change for a family and the dog just can't be kept. Most will have an adoption fee depending on how much time and expense is involved.
I would like to open this page free of charge, space permitting, to include any animal in need. Please, do not bring them to me, send your info along with picture and I will place it on my site with your contact info. Please be very honest about any issues the animal may have. People have actually been sued by misreprensentation of an animal. I was severly bitten by a rescue years ago that the owners failed to mention the breeder insisted on euthenasia.

I have a friend with inoperable lung cancer. Pat and I have assured her we will see to her many cats so they won't have to be put to sleep. She is not yet ready to start placing them as the give her pleasure and no one is ready to talk to much about the ineviable. We may only be talking a few months, Sept. or so when decisions will have to be made. Please keep this in your heart and if so moved please keep Rebecca in your prayers.

Pictured is Cody on left, a littermate to Flora who is on the right. Cody is owned by Pam Ellis and her husband. They brought Cody over to visit Flora and help teach her good manners like he has been taught.
